1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Crinfly Connect platform, dynamic link management tools, and QR code services provided by Crinfly ("we", "us", or "our"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2 Acceptable Use Policy

Crinfly Connect is designed for legitimate business, marketing, educational, and personal link management. To maintain a safe internet ecosystem for all visitors, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating links or QR codes that redirect to phishing, fraud, credential theft, or scam sites.
• Distributing malware, viruses, worms, ransomware, or malicious downloads.
• Transmitting unsolicited bulk messaging (spam) or automated link flooding.
• Hosting or linking to abusive, hateful, defamatory, or illegal content.
• Attempting to probe, bypass, reverse-engineer, or overwhelm platform security and rate limits.

Any link found to violate our Acceptable Use Policy will be deactivated immediately without notice, and the associated account may be permanently terminated.

3 Account Security & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys. You are fully responsible for all links, campaigns, and activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately.

4 Plans, Quotas & Fair Use

Each account plan includes designated resource quotas (such as total dynamic links and daily redirect scans). We provide real-time usage meters in your account dashboard. In extreme cases where traffic volume exceeds plan boundaries or threatens platform stability, automated throttling may be applied until the next quota cycle or plan upgrade.

5 Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the destination content, custom logos, and branding you configure on your links and digital business cards. The Crinfly Connect software, platform architecture, designs, trademarks, and documentation remain the exclusive property of Crinfly.

6 Limitation of Liability

Crinfly Connect is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for downtime, broken destination servers, or damages resulting from third-party outages or improper link configuration.

7 Modifications & Cancellation

We may revise these Terms occasionally to reflect feature changes or legal requirements. Updated versions will be posted here with a refreshed date. You may cancel or stop using your account at any time.
